Rear body harness with speaker wires, known as thin wall PVC covered wire type in FROM 1989 and occassionly fitted or found on early cars wothout any problems.
All rear body looms are OBSOLETE from Rover but we can get them made up from samples or the following definitions.
From 1985 all cars had plug fitting for the rear lamps with reverse lamps,
a fog lamp fitted either on right or left---all had interior light in the headlining, rear heated screen, petrol tank gauge---
Changes were--washer bottle moved from engine bay to boot 1991, Fuel injected cars need extra wires to fuel tank for pump--speaker under rear parcel shelf replaced by speakers on top of rear parcel shelf---alarm immobilser swith 1995
